We have had several inquiries recently regarding our inspections program for commercial properties.  We are pleased to announce the following services for property managers and HOA manager/members.

This program is designed to proactively manage roofing portfolios.  It is specifically designed to assess damage from storms and to determine depletion rates for older roofs.  This allows the portfolio manager to forecast when a particular roof may need to be repaired or replaced in order to establish accurate budgets for the future. 

Key Elements

  • A comprehensive roof inspection and analysis.
  • Core sampling infrared scans and lab analysis of the roof membrane.
  • Calculations of the remaining useful life.
  • Calculations of the depletion rate of particular roofs.
  • Identification of opportunities to restore roofs to a watertight condition.
  • Accurate planning and budgeting.
  • Roof assessment done by former insurance claims personnel.

Initial visual inspections are done free of charge along with targeted core sampling.  If that inspection indicates further testing and diagnostics are recommended the following programs are available.

Tier I

  • Complete roof system analysis

  • Preventative maintenance recommendation
  • Specific recommendations pertaining to potential insurance claims
  • .35 per square foot, minimum $950 per inspection

Tier II

  • Complete roof system inspection
  • Premium report
  • Online assets analysis

  • Specific recommendations pertaining to potential insurance claims
  • .40 per square foot, minimum $1100 per inspection

Tier III

  • Everything from Tier 1 and Tier II is included plus...
  • Online assessment for budget analysis for a comprehensive free year plan.
  • .50 per square foot, minimum $1250 per inspection

Watch Out For Storm Chasers

When a hail storm hits Colorado, it attracts roof repair scammers.  These fly-by-night storm chasers con homeowners and make off with their insurance money without doing the work. Every year we see the fly by night guys set up shop for a a few months and then leave town without doing the work.  You can protect yourself by always using a reputable local company to do your roof repair work.
