  3. What type of property usage details do you need to consider?
    • Roof Traffic
    • Visibility
    • Impact of employees/residents
    • Short term inconvenience vs. long term comfort or peace of mind
  4. What is a practical roofing solution based on your property location?

  6. How is your building constructed?
    • Details of roof construction
    • Leaving existing roof deck or starting new
  7. What are your insulation needs?

INspection

Program

We have had several inquiries recently regarding our inspections program for commercial properties. We are pleased to announce the following services for property managers and HOA manager/members.

This program is designed to proactively manage roofing portfolios. It is specifically designed to assess damage from storms and to determine depletion rates for older roofs. This allows the portfolio manager to forecast when a particular roof may need to be repaired or replaced in order to establish accurate budgets for the future.

We believe this program will provide great value to property managers and commercial property owners by eliminating the guess work when it comes to the necessity for replacing roof membrane.  When damaging storms will occur our comprehensive inspections and reports will give you the best possible evaluation in order to determine your portfolio needs
